Position Summary:
Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring the team is providing service excellence through each customer experience
Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
Ensure you and your team uphold all company policies and procedures
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and current guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
About You:
An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a managerial role
Working rights in Australia
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
