Job Responsibilities:
The HR Operations Manager leads the HR Operations function, ensuring the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
This role oversees HR administration, onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, social insurance, and HR services, while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll to deliver an productive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversightOversee employee onboarding, ensuring all hiring documents are complete and onboarding activities are executed smoothlyManage employment contracts, HR letters, employee files, and other HR documentation,



ensuring accuracy and complianceHandle all social insurance processes and coordinate with the relevant government authoritiesPartner with Talent Acquisition and Payroll to ensure timely employee onboarding and accurate employee dataMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesIdentify opportunities to improve HR operational processes and enhance service deliveryMonitor HR Operations activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality service
Job Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field7 - 10 years of HR experience, including experience in HR Operations and team leadershipStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations
