About YouProven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including senior or complex rolesStrong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersSkilled in sourcing, headhunting and market engagementExcellent communication skills with sound judgement and discretionHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes at paceExperience using recruitment systems (e.g. Dayforce or similar)
