About The Role
Reporting to the Clinical Manager and working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality care across our Non-Procedural areas using your clinical skills to assess, plan and evaluate patient needs.
Hours
Full Time and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available
Salary Range
Base Salary Range: $***** per hour - $***** per hour
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care
Utilise the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice and hospital policies
Recognise and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications safely using the Eight Rights
Maintain accurate, concise and legally compliant documentation
Support patients and families through education and communication
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
Participate in risk management, WHS, and quality improvement activities
Support and mentor new staff and students as required
About You
CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical assessment and critical‐thinking skills
Excellent communication—written, verbal and non‐verbal
A commitment to patient dignity, safety and confidentiality
Ability to work effectively within a team setting
Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude
Willingness to participate in mandatory training and ongoing education
