As our Adelaide portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Property Stylist to become an significant part of our team and help deliver the Tree & Tribe standard across South Australia.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years' hands-on property styling experience who can confidently manage projects from appraisal through to installation.

The Role
This role will initially be part-time (approximately 2–3 days per week), with flexibility based on project demand.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of Adelaide projects, managing each styling package from appraisal through to installation.
You'll have the creative freedom to draw on your experience and styling expertise while working within the Tree & Tribe aesthetic, the client brief, and established styling standards.
We're looking for someone who can confidently make decisions, solve problems on site, and deliver beautifully considered spaces that reflect our brand and the expectations of our clients.

What you'll be doing
Appraising properties and developing styling concepts that maximise buyer appeal.
Selecting furniture, artwork, soft furnishings and accessories to create cohesive styling concepts.
Installing beautifully styled properties with confidence and efficiency.
Creating fresh, contemporary spaces that align with the Tree & Tribe aesthetic while making thoughtful use of our carefully curated furniture and styling inventory.
Styling apartments within the Retirement Living sector, helping villages achieve outstanding sales results.
Managing multiple projects while maintaining the high standard Tree & Tribe is known for.
Working independently while also being part of a caring and supportive team.
Capturing high-quality photography and short-form video of completed installs for social media and marketing.
What we're looking for
Minimum two years' experience in Property Styling (essential).
Current driver's licence.
Proven experience appraising, selecting and installing complete property styling packages from start to finish.
A naturally creative eye with exceptional attention to detail.




Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
A strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Confidence working independently, solving problems and making decisions on site.
Physically capable of installing and styling (it's not for the faint-hearted!).
Experience creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn that reflects a premium brand.
A positive, can-do attitude and pride in producing beautiful spaces.
Someone who takes ownership of their work and can be trusted to manage projects from start to finish, delivering an exceptional result every time.
