Categorise and package retail worthy books to be distributed to our stores for a second life!
Good Sammy receives thousands of donated books, and we are looking for people who can work at a consistent pace to select ones that meet the quality control criteria for retail.
You don't have to be a book lover for this role - just someone who can check the product and make the decision.
Working in our Warehouse in Canning Vale, your time and skills will:
* provide saleable items for our retail stores – supporting us to create opportunities for jobs and training for people with disability through Positive Sammy Enterprises' diverse operations
* contribute to our diversion of items from landfill – contributing to the 23,000 tons of C02 saved per year through sale of reusable goods.
(Equal to planting 920,000 trees).
Ideally, we would like someone to come in one day a week, but if you have any availability on weekday between the hours of 8am-4pm we'd love to hear from you!
