Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer to join our Kewdale manufacturing facility.
The successful applicant will drive process optimisation, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement engineering solutions.




Plan and support engineering projects from concept through implementation.
Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
Develop engineering documentation and operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Research and implement new manufacturing technologies and practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
At least one year of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in engineering software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
