About the role
Work from the workshop in Belmont and throughout the metro industrial areas
Assisting in carrying out overhead crane service inspections and repair
Assisting in installing and commissioning of new, overhead cranes
Building Switchboards
Preparing and submitting reports for service works carried out
Strong adherence to safety procedures and processes

Currently seeking an Apprentice Electrician based in the Belmont area.
Work will predominantly be in the field around the greater Perth area, however workshop based work is also included.
You will work closely with our technicians assisting with the repair & maintenance of a variety of overhead cranes.
Perhaps your looking to move from your current trade into Electrical or have started an apprenticeship previously and want to pick it up again.

You just need to bring your passion to learn a trade and ability to start working straight away.




Required Skills
Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Electrician's Training Licence/Electrician Licence
Working At Heights
EWP
Forklift Licence (to operate a forklift truck)
White Card
Dogman & Rigging Ticket (preferred)
Operate a Gantry or Overhead Crane (preferred)
First Aid (Perform rescue from a live LV panel)
First Aid (Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
First Aid (Provide First Aid)
Welding Certificate (preferred)
National Police Clearance
Very solid focus on Safety & Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated to succeed and learn new skills

Prior experience with a mechanical or electrician trade will be advantageous
