Are you an experienced Texture Coater or Plaster Float or Setter who takes pride in a flawless finish?
We are looking for skilled tradespeople to join our team for projects predominantly South of the River.
We handle a huge variety of work—from small residential patches and full residential internals to large-scale external transformations—and we are looking for specialists who understand the nuances of modern lightweight systems.

Local Projects:Office in Wellard with most sites located South of the River.
What We're Looking For:
1. Texture Coaters (Wages or Sub-Contract)
We need someone competent in some or all aspects of external lightweight plastering, including:
Substrates:Experience with Blueboard, Foam (EPS), and Hebel.
Systems:Knowledge of various texture and acrylic coating systems.




Detail-Oriented:A focus on clean lines, proper mesh application, and a high-standard finish.
2. Floaters (Strictly Sub-Contract Basis)
We are looking for independent, reliable subbie setters to float the internals of our new build projects.
High-standard setting skills suited for high-end external finishes.
Must have your own reliable transport, full toolkit, and ladders/scaffolding.
Must hold a valid ABN, White Card, and active Public Liability Insurance.
3. Setters (Strictly Sub-Contract Basis)
We are looking for independent, reliable subbie setters to set the internals of our new build projects.
High-standard setting skills suited for high-end external finishes.
Must have your own reliable transport, full toolkit, and ladders/scaffolding.
Must hold a valid ABN, White Card, and active Public Liability Insurance.
General Requirements:
White Card (Non-negotiable).
Own reliable transport & tools.
Proven Track Record:You must be able to demonstrate your quality.
