About the Role
In this role, you'll support NDIS participants across the lifespan in theRockhampton, Yeppoon and Gladstone regions.
You'll deliver evidence-based behaviour support while working closely with participants, families and other key stakeholders.
This role involvesregular local travelbetween participants.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver behaviour support services to NDIS participants
Develop high‐quality Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Provide guidance regarding regulated restrictive practices




Gather and analyse behavioural data to inform interventions
Build strong relationships with participants and support networks
Prepare reports aligned with NDIS and legislative requirements
What You Bring
Experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (deemed suitable by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission) is preferred.
However, applicants with relevant experience who are willing to apply for entry-level suitability with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission will also be considered.
Strong understanding of working with people with a disability and their networks to achieve positive quality of life outcomes
An understanding of NDIS behaviour support requirements
Excellent communication and report‐writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Commitment to ethical, person‐centred practice
Current driver's licence
WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or eligibility to obtain)
