About the RoleThe Here for Valuable Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Project & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of our Men's Learning Circles program.
Working approximately ***** hours per week, you'll coordinate events, liaise with participants and volunteers, and help ensure each Learning Circle is delivered professionally and runs smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys organising events, working with people and making a genuine difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of Men's Learning Circles Assist with planning and organising community events.Manage participant registrations and communications.Liaise with venues, facilitators and volunteers.Support marketing activities and social media promotion.Prepare event schedules, checklists and project documentation.Collect participant feedback and assist with reporting.Provide general administrative support to the Foundation.

Essential Requirements
Previous experience coordinating events, projects or administration.Strong organisational and time management skills.Experience using Microsoft Office and online systems.Friendly and professional communication skills.Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain before commencement).
Based in Adelaide or Melbourne.Ability to occasionally attend evening or weekend events.
DesirableExperience in community organisations or not-for-profit organisations.Experience coordinating volunteers.Marketing or social media experience.First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential).
