Our New Gisborne development is underway, and we are seeking a driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of premium communal facilities within our award-winning over-50s lifestyle communities.

Our expert teams deliver high-end Commercial Club Houses, Entry Statements, Sales Offices & Resort Facilities.
As the Site Manager, you will take the lead coordinating a team of plant operators, labourers, and contractors to deliver exceptional commercial amenities on time while sticking to budgets.
QA Build ensures quality and safety is not compromised on our projects.
You will have your own dedicated Contracts Administrator to work alongside for the duration of the project.
The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who can make decisions easily, provide effective solutions, keep projects running smoothly, communicate well and spot potential challenges early.
Your Responsibilities Are




Site planning and documentation readinessMonitoring build progress and providing feedback reportsEnsuring quality assurance and ITP complianceMaintaining accurate site diaries and visual recordsManaging defects and driving trade accountability Building team capability and ensuring complianceLeading, mentoring, and developing site teamsRunning weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders
To Be Successful You Must Have
QBCC Supervisor LicenceExtensive experience in Commercial ConstructionProven background in managing sites efficientlyDrivers licenceTrade background essential - carpentry is preferredExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities
