The Opportunity
We're looking for an experiencedWorkshop Managerto lead our workshop operations and keep our fleet operating safely, efficiently and compliantly.
Based at Dry Creek, you'll oversee maintenance across our South Australian operations, with occasional travel to our Ceduna and Streaky Bay depots.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day workshop operations.
Manage servicing, diagnostics and repairs.
Ensure fleet compliance with NHVR, NHVAS and company standards.
Coordinate preventative maintenance and minimise downtime.
Oversee roadworthiness and fleet availability.
Complete and oversee diagnostics, including 12V & 24V auto-electrical work.
Manage workshop staff, contractors and suppliers.
Order parts and maintain workshop inventory.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.




About You
Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic/Diesel Fitter.
Previous workshop leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong heavy vehicle diagnostics and repair experience.
Experience with Kenworth, Cummins, Detroit and trailers.
Auto-electrical experience (highly regarded).
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
