About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic, solutions-focused Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building genuine relationships.
Based in Nhulunbuy, you'll manage a diverse portfolio supported by smart systems and a collaborative team.
You'll also have the opportunity to travel to remote Aboriginal communities, making a real impact while exploring some of the most untouched landscapes in Australia.
What You'll Bring:
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
Previous experience in Property Management or Real Estate (preferred)
NT Driver's Licence (work vehicle provided)
Australian Citizenship or full working rights
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Knowledge of NT tenancy legislation (desirable)
Bonus skills: Qualifications or experience infinance, project management, or maintenance managementare highly regarded

What We Offer:
