Expected salary: $5,000 - $7,000 per month
We are seeking a dedicated and responsibleFull-Time Motel Managerto join our team and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our motel.
This is alive-in position, andaccommodation will be provided on-site.
?Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily motel operations, including check-in/out, reservations, housekeeping coordination, and guest services
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and emergency situations professionally
• Manage bookings and payments using motel software (training provided if needed)
• Liaise with cleaners, tradespeople, and suppliers as needed




• Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of the property
• Report directly to the owner and maintain daily operational records
?Requirements:
• Mustlive on-site full-time
• Strong customer service and communication skills
•Fluent in Mandarinand conversational English
• Previous hospitality or accommodation management experience preferred, but not essential
• Able to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and committed
