Full Time | $80,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation

We're on the lookout for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who leads from the front, builds strong teams, and thrives in a quick-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, efficient team performance, and achievement of financial targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy and accountability for operational success.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and productive service delivery
Lead and coordinate service periods, staffing, and floor operations
Manage budgets including revenue, labour costs, and operational expenses
Analyse performance, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, pricing, and product offering
Coordinate functions, events, and group bookings from planning through to execution
Recruit, train, supervise, and develop front-of-house team members
Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health & safety standards
About You
You are an experienced hospitality professional who understands both the operational and commercial aspects of running a successful department.
You take pride in leading teams, delivering consistent service, and achieving results.




We're looking for someone with:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, labour costs, and financial performance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and customer expectations
Experience coordinating events, functions, or group bookings (highly regarded)
Relevant hospitality qualification (Diploma level or higher) preferred
