Belgian Gardens Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and motivatedRegistered Nurse Leaderto join our growing team in a permanent role.
This is an exciting prospect for a nurse who enjoys both clinical nursing and leadership, and is passionate about creating a positive patient experience while supporting and mentoring fellow team members.
As part of the Belgian Gardens Health Hub, you will work alongside a supportive team of GPs, nurses, administration staff and allied health professionals, helping deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to our community.
About the Role
The Nurse Leader will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the nursing team, including:
Clinical leadership and support of nursing staff
Coordination of treatment room activities
Chronic Disease Management and Care Planning support
Immunisations and vaccination programs
Health assessments and preventative health initiatives
Wound management and procedural nursing support
Infection control and accreditation compliance
Stock management and clinical equipment oversight
Assisting with staff training, onboarding and development
Working collaboratively with doctors, management and administration teams
About You
We are looking for someone who:




Is a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Has previous General Practice experience (highly regarded)
Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring skills
Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys building positive relationships with patients, doctors and colleagues
Is committed to continuous improvement and high standards of care
Values teamwork, accountability and professionalism
