About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop valuable skills in the thriving aquaculture industry.
As a member of our Husbandry Team, you'll play an integral part in the day-to-day care and maintenance of our lobster stock and facility.No prior experience required—just bring your energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for learning!

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the health and well-being of our lobster stock, ensuring they thrive in a controlled, sustainable environment.
Undertake both preventative and reactive care: feed, inspect, transfer, and treat animals as needed.
Perform general upkeep and maintenance of aquaculture systems, including cleaning tanks, monitoring equipment, and ensuring production areas.
Observe and record animal health, growth, and behavior; communicate effectively with colleagues and report findings to senior staff.
Follow company policies, procedures, and Workplace Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe and productive working environment.

About the Position:
Full-time rolewith a minimum of 38 hours per week
4 Weekly Roster –available to work a 4-week rolling roster which includes night shifts (5pm to 1am), weekends, and some public holidays.
Must have acurrent driver's licenseand reliable transport to attend work
You must be anAustralian residentor have full work rights in Australia
Zero tolerancepolicy for drugs and alcohol (medical testing may be required pre/post-employment)
Working Environment:
You'll be working in a dynamic, hands-on setting where temperatures typically range from*****°C, and the air is filled with the unique humidity of our production systems.
Much of the work is carried out in low-light conditions (torches provided), and some tasks may involve working at heights.
