We are currently offeringtwo full-time Pastry Cook positionsin our Southern Highlands and Blue Mountains locations.
Positions Available
1. Bowral – Immediate Start (Permanent Full-Time)
Join our established Southern Highlands store in a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
2. Glenbrook – September **** Start (Full-Time Maternity Leave Cover)
A full-time fixed-term opportunity covering maternity leave in our Glenbrook store.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce donuts from scratch, including doughs, fillings, glazes and finishes
Maintain consistency and high presentation standards
Manage daily production schedules
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
Work collaboratively within a small team environment
Contribute ideas for seasonal and specialty products
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Cook, Pastry Chef or Baker in a commercial kitchen
Certificate III or IV in Patisserie (preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of dough fermentation and pastry techniques
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
