About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the Myaree store.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the business
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
Driving sales, productivity, and store presentation standards
Managing stock, merchandising, and inventory control
Delivering exceptional customer service across every department
Assisting with rostering, compliance, and store administration
Building strong relationships with local Myaree customers and the community
About You
Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager within supermarkets or grocery retail
A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for developing people
Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to stay calm, organised, and motivated in a busy retail environment
A true passion for fresh food, quality products, and excellent customer service
