We are looking for staff in the Shellharbour to Kiama areas, especially with versatile availability.
The role isperfect for entry-level or qualified, with personal experience and transferrable skills also considered.
You will work with Aged Care and NDIS customers with various needs, ranging from social and domestic assistance to high care.

Duties and responsibilities may include:
Personal care:showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
Social support/transportationfor social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Manual Handling:



Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
Supporting customers withcomplex and/or challenging needs
Monitoringthe well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
Provideupdates on customer progressfollowing each service
About you:
Caring, compassionate & friendly
Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
Reliable, can commit to at least 3 days a week
Ability to build rapport & good working relationships
Must be comfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedback
Ability to travel between shifts, and transport customer as needed
What you will need:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to gain)
Current First Aid certificate and CPR
Current Australian Drivers License
Reliable, registered, and comprehensive insured vehicle
Smart phone with internet access
Current Working with Children Check (desired)
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (desired)
