Full-Time Position
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team while ensuring high cleaning standards, excellent client service, and smooth day-to-day site operations.
We're looking for someone with:
Previous commercial cleaning experience
Experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Experience with rostering, team coordination and site operations
Positive computer skills (email, Excel and reporting systems)
Current Australian Driver Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
