We are seeking a motivated and experiencedRoad Construction & Maintenance Team Leaderto lead a small civil works crew responsible for the delivery of road construction and maintenance services throughout the district.

About the Role
Reporting to the Works Coordinator Roads, you will:
Lead, supervise and support a small civil works team
Coordinate daily work activities and resources
Deliver road construction and maintenance projects




Ensure compliance with WHS requirements
Coach and mentor employees
Maintain records and operational documentation
Promote a positive and productive team culture
About You
You will be an experienced civil works professional who enjoys leading from the front.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Experience in road construction and maintenance
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
Ability to coordinate staff, plant and equipment resources
