About the Roles
Rubber Liner
Your responsibilities will include:
Rubber lining pipes, chutes, tanks, pumps and processing equipment
Surface preparation and adhesive application
Cutting, fitting and installing rubber lining to a high standard
Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
Maintaining quality workmanship while meeting production schedules
Following all safety procedures and workshop standards
Trade Assistant – Dispatch
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing completed jobs for dispatch
Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and lifting equipment
Packaging and securing equipment for transport
Assisting with stock control and workshop housekeeping
Supporting production teams as required
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Abrasive Blaster / Industrial Painter
Your responsibilities will include:




Abrasive blasting and applying protective coatings to structural steel, mining equipment, pipes, tanks and processing equipment
Operating airless and conventional spray painting equipment
Achieving specified coating thickness and quality requirements
Completing work to a high standard
Working efficiently within a team while maintaining productivity
Following all health, safety and environmental requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' relevant workshop experience (preferred)
Experience in rubber lining, blasting/painting or industrial fabrication (depending on the role)
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced workshop
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
