Synergie is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing client located at Cavan.
This is an opportunity to join a respected leader within the steel industry, known for high-quality production, innovation, and a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Support production processes in line with daily requirements
Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
Experience within steel or heavy industry highly regarded
Strong focus on safety and quality outcomes
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliability and willingness to work in a quick-paced setting
Must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
Working Hours:
Day Shift:5:50am – 2:00pm (Mon–Thu), 5:50am – 12:00pm (Fri)
Afternoon Shift: 1:50pm - 10:00pm, (Mon-Thu), 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Fri)
Possible Overtime available,



Saturdays
Pay Rate:
Day Shift: $***** per hour (casual)
Afternoon Shift: $***** per hour (casual)
Overtime paid at penalty rates
