A well-established private investment group is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts & Payroll Officer to join its finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll support the day-to-day financial operations across a diverse portfolio of businesses, including commercial property and related investments.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a stable, privately owned organisation that values teamwork, accuracy and long-term relationships.
The Role
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll processing and compliance
Bank and account reconciliations
End-of-month processing and reporting support
Assisting with BAS and GST
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting the Finance Manager with general finance administration
About You
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Officer,



Senior Bookkeeper or Payroll position
Solid experience across AP, AR and payroll
Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive, reliable and team-focused approach
Experience working across multiple entities will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
