What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Renovation Designer who is equally passionate about design and sales.
This role is ideal for someone who can create inspiring renovation concepts while confidently building relationships with clients, presenting solutions, and converting enquiries into signed projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to guide clients through the renovation journey, from the initial consultation through to project commencement, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in renovation design, interior design, or a similar field.
Demonstrated sales experience with a solid track record of converting leads into projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently guide clients through decision-making processes.
Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, Programe, CRM programs, etc.).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
Ability to balance creative design solutions with project budgets and client objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to incoming leads and arrange initial consultations.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, goals, and vision.
Develop strong client relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Ascertain project budgets and provide preliminary cost guidance.
Provide design, product, and selection advice to clients.
Create creative, practical, and functional renovation designs.
Prepare and present design proposals with confidence and professionalism.
Follow up opportunities and convert leads into signed contracts.
Work closely with clients to overcome objections and facilitate confident purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with our construction team to ensure project success.
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Contribute to achieving company sales and revenue targets.
