The Role
This is a leading technician position.
The step before supervisor.
You'll run water damage restoration, structural drying and mould remediation projects independently across residential, commercial and insurance work in Cairns.
Your Responsibilities
Lead sites from setup to completion
Manage equipment deployment and monitor drying progress
Communicate professionally with clients, adjusters and insurers
Complete accurate documentation, photos and moisture mapping
Mentor junior technicians and maintain team standards
Work within explicit SOPs and IICRC compliance frameworks
What You'll Need
IICRC WRT certified (ASD/AMRT preferred)
3+ years restoration experience
Comfortable with moisture mapping, Encircle and Job documentation
Valid QLD licence and clean driving record
Physically capable and reliable
