Role DescriptionThe Area Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in the Greater Adelaide Area (Southern & CBD region).
This position covers daily operations across designated territory, ensuring excellent customer experiences and consistent brand representation.
Responsibilities include supporting key clients, managing sales performance, and maintaining showroom standards that reflect Stone Ambassador's design-driven identity.
The Area Manager will support our State Manager by building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, cabinetmakers, retailers,



and fabricators, while identifying growth opportunities within the region.
The role also involves client product training and technical support, monitoring territory budgets, reporting on key metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
QualificationsProven sales and business development abilities, with experience in account management, relationship building, and regional growth strategies.Customer-focused mindset with experience in B2B sales in the construction industry, and a commitment to high service standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Understanding of or interest in architecture, interior design, or decorative surface materials is advantageous; experience in building or construction industries is a must.Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations and stakeholders.Comfort working on-site in Wingfield and traveling within the Greater Adelaide Area as neededValid driver's license essential.
