About Empowered Women's Strength & Fitness
Empowered Women's Strength & Fitness is a boutique women's Strength & Reformer Pilates studio located in Moffat Beach on the Sunshine Coast.
We specialise in helping women aged 35+ build strength, improve confidence, and achieve long-term health through expert coaching and a supportive community.
We're expanding due to the launch of our exciting new timetable and are looking for a passionate coach to grow with us.
The Role
Strength coaching experience is essential.
Experience teaching Reformer Pilates is highly regarded but not essential.
Motivate and support members of all fitness levels.
Help members improve technique,



confidence and progress.
Deliver an exceptional member experience every class.
Build genuine relationships within our welcoming community.
Essential
Certificate III or IV in Fitness (Strength coaching).
Current First Aid & CPR.
Minimum 1 year group fitness coaching experience.
Reliable, professional and passionate about helping others.
Highly Desirable
Experience teaching Reformer Pilates.
Experience coaching women aged 35+.
Confidence progressing members safely while maintaining excellent technique.
