The Role
We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor at our Pacific Fair site.
The roster for this position is: Sunday to Thursday *********

Role Requirements
Supervise a Cleaning TeamPlease note we are only accepting applicants with full working rights in Australia Supporting the Cleaning Manager on staff related mattersProvide effective leadership to cleaning personnel, including mentoring and training.Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences;Performing administrative functions, such as incident reporting, assisting with staff rosters, etc;Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirementsDevelop and maintain excellent customer relations with the clientUnderstand customer's security, environmental and safety requirementsFollowing Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and proceduresResponding to general cleaning, periodical,



preventative and emergency incidents or queriesProven experience supervising cleaning teamsAbility to lead and motivate staff working independently overnightStrong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standardsReliable, Punctual, and able to work without direct management overnight
To be considered for the position you must have the following:
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in commercial cleaningPrevious experience supervising a teamStrong understanding of hard floor cleaning practices and related machineryKnowledge of cleaning practices, including infection control.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Good administrative skills and is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications;Ability to give direction and instruction to people.Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure.Consistent attention to detail.Valid work rights in Australia
