As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management.
Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position.
You will be passionate and be our biggest brand ambassador.
We are currently looking for a manager for our Ashmore store
We have stores atAshmore, Oxenford, Berrinba & Logan Central.
Responsibilities:
Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained




Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
Responsible for inventory and money control systems
Responsible for local marketing initiatives, focused on growing Guest Count and Brand Recognition
Oversees rosters and food costs
Skills and Experience
Ability to demonstrate results/performance
The ability to train and develop team members
Proven staff management and leadership skills
A hands-on approach
Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
A focus on policies and procedures
A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
Attention to detail
Must have the right to work in Australia
Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and has access to a car.
