Key Responsibilities
General building maintenance and minor repairs
Painting, patching, silicone sealing and touch-ups
Basic plumbing and maintenance tasks
Replace light globes, ceiling tiles and hardware
Assemble and install furniture and equipment
Mow lawns, whipper snip and maintain gardens
Weed, prune, pressure clean and tidy outdoor areas
Maintain outdoor furniture and smoking areas
Remove cobwebs, rubbish and debris
Conduct routine property inspections
Identify and report maintenance requiring contractors
