You'll receive ongoing guidance and support from yourTeam Leader and Service Manager,



ensuring you have everything you need to make a meaningful impact every day.
The clients you will support need staff who are flexible and available for a variety of shifts—including days, nights (active/passive), and weekends.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
Support clients in achieving their personal goals and developing life skills.
Help manage finances and maintain accurate documentation.
Administer medication and assist with medical appointments.
Ensure detailed case notes are uploaded to Orana's CRM and report incidents as required.
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
Assist with compliance tasks and paperwork.
What You'll Bring:
Minium 5 years' Experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role
An ability to follow process and instructions
Genuine empathy and passion for supporting people with disability
Minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
First Aid and CPR certification.
National Police Clearance
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
A full, current SA driver's licence
The ability to work flexibly across a24/7 roster, including passive nights.
