CERT III Welding & Fabrication opportunity
If you are a T/A, band saw operator or general hand in a steel and metalwork environment we have a career prospect for you.
We are looking for a 2nd Class Welder / Fabricator or fabrication shop T/A, to join our team for the long term.
This position is Perth based "Welshpool" with opportunities and requirements for some short term FIFO work.
Ongoing training will be provided inclusive of both Cert III Welding & Fabrication units and formal NDT training.
This unique role will include but is not limited to:
Welder training assistance
Mechanical and NDT testing
Welding Inspection
Cutting and preparing material
Fabrication
Short term offsite mobile & Coded welding and or Inspection jobs
To be suitable for this role the successful candidate must have:
Fabrication workshop experience
Ability to work unsupervised with instruction
Ability to communicate with good English skills
Reliable transport
Punctual & take pride in their work
Understand their role in safety in the workplace
