About the Opportunity
Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking a Leading hand Fitter Machinist to join our high performing team in Salisbury South.
Operating within our team, you will assist with the co-ordination of site and workshop activities to ensure work is completed to the required standard, on-time, within budget and without injuries or incidents.

Your Tasks
Lead a team of Technicians / apprentices and maximize productivity of workshop
Oversee day-to-day activities for the shift to ensure work complies with procedures.
Repair and overhaul hydraulic cylinders
Cleaning and preparing components
Assemble and testing of cylinders
Attend and participate in toolbox talks
About You
Relevant Mechanical Trade (essential)




Previous experience in a leading hand role.
Solid understanding of hydraulic cylinder clearances and tolerances (Desirable)
Understanding of the re-manufacture process including fitting, machining, and welding
