We are a design-led landscaping business delivering high-quality residential projects across Perth.
Our work is built on thoughtful design, solid client relationships, and a reputation for delivering projects properly.
With a growing pipeline of repeat and referral work, we are expanding our team and looking for a Sales & Estimating Consultant to help shape the next stage of our growth.
This is a key client-facing role for someone who enjoys guiding people through important decisions, creating clear project pathways, and turning quality enquiries into well-scoped, profitable work.
The Opportunity
This is a hybrid sales and estimating role with genuine ownership of the front-end process.
You will work with homeowners, builders, and developers from the first enquiry through to signed contract, helping clients bring their landscaping vision to life while ensuring each project is clearly scoped, commercially sound, and ready for delivery.
You will be supported by established systems and an experienced construction team, but trusted to manage your own pipeline, client relationships, and outcomes.
Typical projects range from mid to high-value residential landscaping works.
What You'll Be Doing
You will take ownership of the client journey from enquiry to contract, including:
Managing inbound enquiries through the CRM
Meeting clients on-site to understand their goals, scope, and requirements
Preparing accurate quotes and professional proposals
Following up with clients and progressing opportunities through to contract
Acting as the commercial link between the client and the delivery team
Ensuring clear, well-documented project handovers for smooth execution
About You
This is not a junior role.
We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds,



but you must be commercially minded, confident with clients, and comfortable taking ownership.
You are likely to succeed in this role if you:
Have experience in sales, estimating, construction, landscaping, or a related industry
Can communicate clearly and professionally with clients, builders, and internal teams
Are confident helping clients make high-value decisions
Are organised, reliable, and strong on follow-up
Take pride in accuracy, detail, and doing what you say you will do
Enjoy working with structure, systems, and clear commercial outcomes
Experience estimating or quoting construction or landscaping work is highly regarded, but not essential if you are practical, systems-oriented, and commercially sharp.
You will also need:
A valid driver's licence and reliable driving history
Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol screening if required for site access
