Join ALS Coal – Bowen Basin as a Permanent Full-time Quality Coal Tester!
We are currently seekingCoal Quality Testersto join our well-established Laboratory Testing team in theBowen Basinon apermanent basis.
This role operates on a7-days on / 7-days offroster and isDrive-in Drive-out (DIDO) from Mackay.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collecting production and train samples across the site.
Conducting a variety of coal testing methods.
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Validating results and ensuring they meet accuracy and repeatability standards.
Adhering strictly to Quality Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
Prioritising safety and efficient turnaround of test results.
Maintaining a clean, well-organised lab and work area.
What We're Looking For:
A strong commitment tosafety,quality, andteamwork.
Highattention to detailand strongorganisational skills.
Excellent communication and reliability.
Previous coal testing or laboratory experience (highly regarded).
A valid Driver's Licence.
Willingness to work12-hour shiftson a 7/7 roster.
Ability to pass medical.

To be eligible to work at ALS you must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of the country you are applying for, or either hold or be able to obtain, a valid working visa.
