We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable horticulturist to join our team.
Our goal is straightforward: to provide outstanding residential garden maintenance backed by genuine horticultural knowledge, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

About the role
You'll work across a variety of residential gardens throughout Hobart, carrying out work including:
• Professional garden maintenance
• Structural and ornamental pruning
• Plant identification and health assessments
• Weed management and garden restoration
• Soil improvement and mulching
• Advising clients on plant care and garden improvements
• Working alongside another experienced gardener to deliver high-quality results
About you
We're looking for someone who:
• Holds a Certificate III in Horticulture (or higher), or equivalent industry experience




• Has excellent plant identification knowledge
• Understands correct pruning techniques and plant care
• Can identify common pests, diseases, and plant health issues
• Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is reliable, professional, and well presented
• Holds a current Australian driver's licence
Desirable
• Chainsaw competency
• Experience operating commercial gardening equipment
• Experience mentoring or leading other staff
