The Administration and Inventory Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all administrative functions within the business to support efficient logistics and supply chain operations.
This role ensures compliance with company policies,
drives process improvement, and provides effective leadership to the administration team.
The Administration Manager plays a key role in supporting operational, financial, and customer service outcomes across the business and is responsible for adhering to and promoting all safety requirements.
Lead and develop admin team, ensuring performance, accuracy, and strong customer service
Oversee daily admin tasks, records, reporting, and continuous improvement
Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, audits, and WMS integrity
Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions
Coordinate admin, warehouse, and transport operations
Maintain compliance documentation and support scheduling and customer needs
Handle supplier and customer enquiries professionally
Support invoicing, financial processes, reporting, and cost control
Promote WHS compliance, training, and a proactive safety culture
Drive team performance, engagement, and positive workplace culture
Experience in senior administration, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or transport
Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to develop others
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS) IE SAP
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability, initiative, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
