About the Role
Join a collaborative, research-led clinical team within FHMRI Sleep Health, where you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality sleep health services and research in the AISH Sleep Health Clinic.
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, helping ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
This role combines patient-facing service, clinical administration, and research support, contributing to innovative work improving sleep health outcomes.
Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to clinical, academic, and research staffManage patient administration processes including appointments, referrals, waitlists, and communicationsMaintain accurate, confidential clinical and research records in line with relevant standardsSupport clinic operations and research activities through documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

You are a highly organised and proactive administrative professional with experience supporting clinical, research or healthcare environments.
You bring a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred service, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced setting.
With excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you thrive working collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
You will demonstrate:
Experience in clinical or healthcare administration, including patient coordination, scheduling, and record managementStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows accurately and efficientlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with patients, clinicians, researchers, and stakeholdersA high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
