The Role
We are looking for an organised and experienced Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal customer service within our Broome Trade Store!
Joining a phenomenally long tenured team (the last recruitment for this store happened back in ****), we are providing the rare opportunity for an experienced retail professional who can hit the ground running to become part of our community.
Engaging with all aspects of running a successful store (from operating forklift trucks to providing expert advice to tradesmen); this role is ideal for a professional who has worked previously with industrial supplies to call home.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
Keep administration organised as required
Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
Our Ideal Candidate will have
Extensive previous experience in a similar wholesale, trades or industrial supplies environment
Positive and explicit customer service manner - both verbally and over email
A valid forklift ticket and experience with forklift trucks
A proactive and team first attitude with a willingness to communicate well
