Team Leader Cultural Development
Job type: Full-time, five-year fixed-term contract
Salary: $104,581 to $108,935 per annum

Help shape the heart and soul of Victor Harbor.
We're looking for a strategic leader to drive cutting-edge initiatives that enhance Victor Harbor's reputation as a vibrant cultural destination.
Our Team Leader Cultural Development will oversee the operation of Coral Street Art Space, Victa Cinema and Town Hall, while guiding the attraction and retention of major festivals and events in Victor Harbor.
Working alongside staff and stakeholders, you'll help bring inspiring ideas to life and create meaningful experiences for residents and visitors.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the right fit for this role, you'll need to have:
A passion and interest in all things arts, events, creativity and culture
Experience initiating and managing arts and cultural development projects with an applied business mindset
Strong leadership skills and desire to foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team environment




Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with artists, arts organisations, event organisers, community groups, industry partners and First Nations representatives
