Full training is provided, so all you need is the right attitude.
You will work Monday to Friday: 6am - 2:30pm in Townsville and 5am - 1:30pm in Rockhampton.

Your Day-to-Day
In this hands-on role, no two days are the same.
You'll be:
Operating machinery to cut, bend, and shape steel products
Inputting job specifications into machines
Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes
Picking and packing orders
Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
Playing an active role in maintaining a safe workplace
About You
You don't need years of experience—just the right mindset.
We're looking for someone who:
Brings a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Thinks on their feet and solves problems confidently
Values safety and teamwork
Has (or is willing to obtain) a forklift licence
Bonus: experience with cranes or machinery—but we'll train you if not!
