Alex the Executive chef, although he remains relatively young, he has gained a wide range of experience and skills while working in a number of exceptional restaurants internationally including Brae (Australia), Lenclume (UK), Kontrast (Norway), Hertog Jan (Belgium) and Hide Above (UK).
