The Finance Officer will manage the financial performance of Greenhills Mall, Trade Fairs, and E-Malls including the formulation of budget, forecast and forward plans, and month-end closing.
S/he will also prepare various financial reports including balance sheet reconciliation and statutory financial statements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in AccountancyMust be a Certified Public Accountant Must have at least 3-5 years experience in accounting preferably in a real estate industryMust have experience in external audit Must have experience in SAP or NOAH, or any similar systemVery valuable oral and written communication skills
