Cladding Creations is seeking an experienced and motivatedCNC Programmer / Drafterto join our growing team based in Burleigh Heads.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with hands-on manufacturing knowledge in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Working closely with our engineering, drafting, and production teams, you will play a key role in programming, optimising, and supporting CNC machining operations to deliver high-quality aluminium façade and cladding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to create part models and machining toolpaths.
Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-Code and M-Code programs for CNC machining operations.
Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
Optimise machining processes through effective tooling selection, feeds, speeds, and material considerations.
Perform mathematical calculations to verify dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements.
Design and implement practical work-holding and fixturing solutions.
Identify and resolve programming issues, machine faults, and manufacturing defects.
Collaborate closely with engineering, drafting,



and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality, minimise waste, and prevent downtime.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist, Drafter, or similar role.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, or equivalent.
Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, materials, and machine operation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail.
