Key Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing the installation and maintenance of critical technical equipment at client locations.
This role requires hands-on expertise, the ability to work independently, and exceptional customer service to ensure clients receive the highest level of support and service.
Installing, maintaining, and decommissioning EFTPOS and POS systems.Performing upgrades and technical services for IT devices.Providing in office training and customer support.Managing and maintaining vehicle stock.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a proactive approach and the ability to manage your time effectively.
Prior experience in field service or a technical support role is highly valued, but most importantly, we're looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented,



and customer-focused.
Technical, IT, or electrical experience (not mandatory but preferred).
Experience in field service roles, strong customer service skills.Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and excellent time management.ABN and reliable vehicle required.Must be available for work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends/public holidays.
