What You'll Be Doing:
Lead daily workshop operations and support your team to achieve goals
Drive performance by hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
Leverage your product knowledge to build trust and repeat business
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment




Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance System and service standards
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in an automotive service centre
A results-driven mindset with a strong track record in sales and customer service
Reliable, committed and confident in managing team performance
A valid Australian driver's licence
Automotive Trade qualification (desirable but not essential)
Availability Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning
You must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
