As a Practice Coordinator/Manager, you will lead and work with a well-trained and friendly team that is oriented towards the promotion of oral health care through advanced treatments and active maintenance.
As a successful applicant, your role is to apply a set of core duties, a positive attitude, and skilled energy towards patient services for an established fully engaged patient base.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
Essential:
Experience in a senior position or officer role within a dental practice is highly preferred.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
Shows initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Exact Dental Software is preferred.
Experience in dental assisting is an advantage.
Experience in stock control and management.
Experience in staff rostering.
Knowledge of the dental accreditation process.
